Putting them into practice, reflecting on the questions that were the most effective and then testing them out in other sessions is something that you will be doing each and every time you have a coaching conversation with someone. Becoming a skilful questioner is something that happens the more you do it. We suggest that you make your own list of questions and brainstorm the types of questions that you might wish to use in a coaching session.
